Retreat thingy - In other words, one of those church field trips where you head up to some godforsaken place and pray to God for several days.. Confess your sins, and stuff like that. A big headache fest, in my opinion. And a waste of money, too... ( I'm not sure if other religions do that, but I'm Christian, so...yeah. )

Dogeza - the most formal bow of apology. Consists of sitting on the floor on one's knees, and bowing, right hand over left ( or left over right, depending on which hand you use ), and forehead resting on said hands.
